I am in my second year as a photography student at the University of Central Missouri. I have a passion for still life however, will shoot pretty much about anything of interest. My dream job would be to travel around the world documenting the many different cultures. I am especially drawn to the Asian culture. I think they have a great way of taking care of the elderly and including them in everyday life, whereas Americans tend to put the elderly into nursing homes so they are not bothered by them. I also enjoy different rituals and rites of passage by other cultures.
On top of being a full time student, I work part time with the photography department at UCM, learning how to use the different types of equipment. Aside from school, I am a full time wife and mother to a very supportive family. Since deciding to go back to school, my family has come together as a strong unit with everyone pitching in where needed. My hope is to, at some point, make it possible for my husband to quite his “shift work” job, and work for our family photography business and for my children to have the life that was not offered to me as a child.

I googled you and this is what I found, haha. I’m engaged and wanting to get with you to talk about the photography for the wedding. Feel free to email me at the listed address as soon as possible. The wedding is June 6th, 2009. We’re exploring our options and, since I knew you were a photographer and a friend, I added your name to the list of “potentials.”
I love your photography and look forward to hearing from you.
